Community Paint Day 1 of 3 is in the books for the @parklandwithpurpose murals ✅Months ago, we started conversations with @piercecounty residents and @wsdot to dream about ways we could bring more public art to Parkland. Today, residents and local artists came together to illustrate the pride that lives in this community.What's next? 👀@marymann365 and @lapsang.fang will be dedicating Tuesday, June 2nd to outlining each of their amazing, community-selected designs.On June 3rd and 4th, community members are invited to paint alongside Mary and Nick and complete the two murals following a paint-by-numbers system!NO PREVIOUS PAINT EXPERIENCE NEEDED. Come as you are and leave your mark on the @parklandwithpurpose murals.We'll also have some light refreshments and a couple canopies for when you need to rest or just want to stop by and say hello!Thank you to everyone who came out and made today a success!
